 Dream Catcher     Beautybush Kolkwitzia a. 'Maradco'

 

Everyone agrees that Beauty Bush is spectacular in bloom but it traditionally goes into hiding for the rest of the year. This is no longer the case with Dream Catcher with its golden yellow foliage with orange highlights.

Loads of soft pink blooms in early spring are icing on the cake.

For best performance site it in filtered or partial shade; Also unique to this clone is its splendid golden-orange fall color.

Bloom Time:  Mid-spring

Pruning: Best if done immediately after bloom. Sets bud on summer prior to blooming. To renew plant simply cut it to the ground after flowering.
